Kristin & John | Victoria Wedding Photographer

With family & friends coming in from almost every corner of the globe, Kristin & John’s wedding was such an amazing celebration of love and togetherness.  They planned everything to a T, from the travel & accommodations of their international guests, to the thrifted decor, to the incorporation of their Canadian & Norwegian backgrounds… all while settling into a new city and new home!  From the perspective of this bride-to-be (at the time), I found this to be such a huge inspiration & feat!!

Right from our first consultation & their engagement session, it was easy to see that Kristin and John’s connection was a special one.  Having spent portions of their relationship apart due to career commitments, they were so happy to finally be planning for their wedding and life together… it honestly felt like all was right in the world!  Their love story could rival the most romantic epic ever written, and to share in their celebrations & document their day was such an honour.

I absolutely loved that this wedding took place in my hometown… always great to be back and shoot in a few familiar (and a few new!) locations.  Special thanks to the one and only Steph Hull from Centric Photography for second shooting with me on this one.  And huge congratulations to Kristin and John… I wish you guys nothing but happiness and the continuation of an amazing love story together.  xo
